1. Scope of Independent Evaluations
Every score, diagnostic mapping sequence, and comparative report issued by Adnoxy is a mathematical and spatial inference based on commuter flow patterns and line-of-sight studies. They represent our objective analysis and do not guarantee future commercial success.
2. No Inventory Liability
Adnoxy acts as a neutral checker. We do not broker, sell, lease, or guarantee billboard inventory. Any media contract you negotiate with a local vendor is solely between your team and the media owner.
3. IP & Methodology Preservation
The visual maps, diagnostic models, scoring equations, and layout presentation elements displayed on this site represent intellectual property owned by Adnoxy. They are shared openly here to display transparency, not for cloning.
Liability Disclaimers
Accuracy: While we continuously calibrate our spatial model using observed movement metrics, urban corridors are highly dynamic. Roadwork, vehicle flow variations, weather, and city changes can cause shifts. All data is provided "as is" with observed confidence bands.
Permitted Use: You may copy and display parts of our evaluation scorecard models for internal campaign planning discussions, but you may not republish our dataset, scraper results, or custom corridor ratings publicly without direct written consent from Adnoxy.
